Once you have approved the design, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Our design team puts significant time and effort into creating a unique and personalized design that meets your specifications, and therefore, we are unable to offer refunds.

We understand that design work can be subjective, and we are committed to working with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the design. We offer revisions as identified in the invoice terms.

If you have any concerns or issues with the completed design work, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a revision of the design depending on the nature of the issue.
